Are WhatsApp and SMS reminders included in the price?

Yes. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp and SMS messages for reminders and client updates, plus unlimited email. If you message a lot, optional add-on bundles are available from £5 per month.

Does GroomSlot take a cut of my payments?

No. Card payments go through your own Stripe, Square, SumUp or Lopay account at that provider's standard rates. GroomSlot adds no markup and never touches your money.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The monthly plan is rolling, so you can cancel whenever you like and your subscription simply ends at the close of the billing period. Your data can be exported before you go.
