Build a plan from your own services: a set number of grooms or extras each month, or a percentage off everything. Send a client an invitation link. They accept your membership terms, add a card, and the payment is collected every month through your own Stripe or Square account. GroomSlot takes no cut.
When a member books, GroomSlot checks what the plan covers and what is left this month, so the right price lands on the booking without anyone working it out by hand. Members can ask to cancel from their portal and you confirm it.
Loyalty rewards without stamp cards
Choose how many grooms earn a reward and what the reward is: money off, a free extra such as a nail trim, or a different service. GroomSlot counts completed grooms from your booking history, so there is nothing to stamp and nothing for the client to lose. When a reward is due it shows on the booking.

Which payment providers support memberships?

Can a member cancel?
Yes. Members can request a cancellation from their portal, you confirm it, and the membership ends at the close of the current period.
Does the loyalty reward count grooms from before I switched it on?
It counts completed grooms in your GroomSlot booking history, including ones before you set the reward up.
