Delete your account
Use this page to ask us to delete your GroomSlot account and the personal data held with it. It works for business owners, staff and pet owners, and you do not need the app installed.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with the email address you sign in with.
- We check the request with you by email before anything is deleted.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
You can also email hello@groomslot.co.uk from that address with the subject “Delete my account”.
If you run a grooming business or work for one
We delete your login, your profile and your staff record. If you own the business, we also delete the business and everything in it: services, opening hours, customer and pet records, bookings, messages and photos. Please cancel your GroomSlot subscription first and download anything you want to keep.
We keep invoices and payment records for six years, because UK tax law requires it. Payments taken through Stripe, Square, SumUp or Lopay are also held by that provider under their own terms.
If you book with a groomer
We delete your login and your customer portal account. The grooming business you booked with keeps its own record of your visits and your pet, because that record belongs to them. Ask the business directly if you want that removed as well, and we will help them do it.
