Welcome to Groove and Groom! About Us We are a home-based professional grooming salon, catering to all breeds and temperaments (to the best of our ability!). We are a holistic business, focusing on the wellbeing and safety of your dog above everything else. Our goal is to enable your furry friends to enjoy being in the salon, and get the pamper they deserve. It's hard work being a dog, you know! About the Owner Ellie, the owner, is fairly new to the grooming scene. She took a leap from being in the education sector, specialising in teaching children with SEND and autism, to dog grooming. But, after completing both her AIM Level 3 Dog Grooming Award and Certificate, and grooming countless dogs in the meantime, she started up Groove and Groom and has never looked back. Ellie's love for animals, especially dogs, is what makes Groove and Groom unique. Ellie treats every dog that walks through the salon doors as if they are her own, personalising each groom to meet the needs of the individual pooch. Her years of working within education has given her invaluable experience, such as patience, compassion and problem-solving. Ellie's whole life revolves around our four-legged friends, and she has never had a home without a dog in it. Ellie is the proud owner/mother of Dolly, Winnie and Daphne - who you will most likely greet you through the window when you arrive to your appointment!
